With a strong focus on efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction, our client is seeking a trained Service Engineer to refine processes and deliver exceptional service in a fast-moving industry.

As a Service Engineer, you will be part of a dedicated engineering team, working across a diverse range of HVAC systems. You will carry out planned maintenance and respond to service calls, ensuring systems remain reliable, efficient, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities of a Service Engineer
  • Work independently across split/multi split systems, DX and CW FCUs
  • Compile dilapidation reports
  • Complete works on VRV and VRF condensers and CRAC units independently
  • Carry out PPM visits and repair works.
  • Complete advanced fault finding
  • Ensure accurate reports of work are on time and to a high standard.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and company policies.
  • Develop understanding Health and Safety regulations

Desired Skillset and Characteristics:
  • Diploma in air conditioning and refrigeration or equivalent
  • Category 1 F Gas qualification or equivalent
  • Full driving licence
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both the engineering team and office team
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good attention to detail
  • High level of self-motivation
  • Ability to utilise manufacturers service software
  • A sound understanding of data and how it is used.
  • Ability to work on other types of equipment such as chillers, AHUs and refrigeration is desirable.
