£28,000 - £30,000 basic + OT + Pension + Healthcare Benefits + Car/ Van
A market leading design and manufacturer of machines and systems for solid wood processing machinery has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and technically minded Service Engineer. With high levels of investment, the company is currently experiencing a period of rapid expansion. You will be responsible for installations, service, repairs and breakdowns of equipment at customer sites. Servicing a variety of exciting equipment, this role offers an unrivalled chance for product variation and new technology. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking for a technically challenging role within an established, yet growing business.
Role & Responsibilities
*Responding to service calls on a UK wide basis
*Test, Install and Commission a wide variety of company equipment throughout the UK
*Electrical and Mechanical Fault Finding on all
*Offering advice and technical support to customers
*Reporting directly to the Service Manager
Required Skills & Experience
*Electrical and Mechanical Skills
*Familiarity PLC fault finding
*Time Served Experience
*CNC experience preferred
*Willingness to travel, potentially Monday to Friday each week
