Service Engagement Manager/ Client Services Manager - London - 45k - 75k DOE
Lynx Recruitment is working with an market leading, award winning Managed Services provider based in the heart of London. Our client is known world-wide with offices all over the globe and the UK is there new project. We are on the look out for a Service Engagement Manager/ Client Services Manager who will partner with various internal teams as well as the customer to ensure projects are delivered on time and accurately.
This is an hands-on role that requires someone with the knowledge/ ability to roll up their sleeves and get involved where needed. You will all also act as the escalataion point for potential issues for both customer and internal teams. You will also need to have 5 years experience of building relationships with customers and vendors.
If you have technical experience within Cisco and an Microsoft environment then this would be a huge plus
