We are looking for a Service Development Manager to lead in continued growth and success across our portfolio of services.
Your role will be to:
To support the Director of Business Development in ensuring the continued growth of the Family Support Strand of services (Intensive family support; Domestic Abuse; Emotional Health and Wellbeing)
Contribute to the overarching business plan and strategy
Lead winning Tender Submissions
Compile, execute and continually update Customer Engagement Plans: ensuring positive 'critical friend’ relationships with Local Authorities and other potential customers
Maintain a critical, curious mind: using existent service outcome data to evidence our ability to respond to emergent sector needs.
Identify gaps/needs in the sector and develop new service delivery models to proactively respond to said needs
To keep up to date with research, sector trends, legislative changes and governmental policy to ensure our service offerings remain in the vanguard
Previous experience of working in the health/social care sector and/or business development in this sector
Experience of building, sustaining and developing relationships with customers/commissioners
Experience of analysing customer/commissioner need at a local and strategic level
Proven track record of successfully marketing and selling a range of services to customers
Proven listening, negotiating and influencing skills.
This is a full time, permanent, homebased role with a salary up to £45,000 per annum dependent on experience + car + excellent benefits to include pension scheme, generous holiday allowance and private medical healthcare scheme.
