Service Desk Technician - 3 Months - £100-125 Per Day

Your new company
A public sector body in the south of Edinburgh which is in the process of delivering IT projects require a Service Desk Technician to help support their estate.
3 Months initially - £100-125 pd (in scope of IR35).

Your new role
You will be required to provide general 2nd line support to the organisation's estate. This will include building, configuring and installing hardware and software, resolve fixes & support desktops. You may be required to assist with project work as and when required - previous experience delivering projects would be advantageous.

What you'll need to succeed


Previous experience working in a Help Desk environment
Experience supporting a Windows desktop estate


Experience delivering IT projects
Driving License

What you'll get in return
