Service Desk Support Analyst - Shoreditch - £25k - ASAP
My client is a multi-award-winning solutions integrator of unified communications and document management services. They are highly recognised within their industry and are looking to take for an experienced Service Desk Support Analyst to join their team:
- Manage all incoming calls and emails
- Provide 1st line support and 1st contact resolutions
- Ensure all calls are logged on the CRM system
- Work towards SLA targets
- Must be highly customer focused
- Previous experience in either IT or telecoms service desk
- Fantastic Microsoft Office Skills
- Previous Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Previous Mobile Support
- Experience providing MDS Support
- Knowledge of Avaya/Mitel
