Service Desk Officer
Extra Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a global banking group located in Brussels, Belgium for the position of Service Desk Officer to be the main point of contact between users and the required infrastructure & services needed for the business activity.
- Provide first line technical support within a desktop environment undertaking analysis, diagnoses and resolution of issues.
- Liaise internally escalating issues to expert teams (2nd line)
- Agents are required to respond to a large volume of calls and within a short talk time while also providing a high degree of client satisfaction.
- Provide information, advice or point of contact in response to user inquiries that is outside of the mission context.
- Microsoft Windows OS Knowledge
- Strong Knowledge of Citrix and MS Office Suite.
- Good Experience with Service Now
- French or Dutch fluency is mandatory
Location: Brussels, Belgium.
