Digitial Gurus are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Lead Engineer to join a well established financial organisation based in Leeds.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with excellent career prospects on offer. The core purpose of the role is to act as a technical lead within the team, you will be providing 2nd and 3rd line support across the business, utilising a range of technical knowledge, this will involve dealing with a broad variety of incidents and requests via phone/email/self-service and participating in project related activities as and when required.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, including Group Policies.
- Knowledge of Windows Server
- Technical knowledge and understanding of Windows desktop environment.
- Good understanding of network technology and trouble-shooting toolsets
