We are on the lookout for a professional, experienced Service Desk Coordinator to work within the Facilities department in Oxford.

About the role:

As a Service Desk Coordinator you will:

  • Prepare and submit maintenance and reactive work programmes
  • Produce progress reports and productivity reports
  • Plan and monitor resources efficiently to maximise productivity
  • Keep the site Manager aware at all times of any overrun where they may occur
  • Ensure high standards of records are maintained

About you:

Do you have good IT skills, work well within a busy team environment and have excellent customer service skills? To be considered for this role you will have a professional telephone manner, previous experience within the Facilities Management sector and knowledge of Facilities procedures.

The details:

This is a temporary position, 3 months, working Monday - Friday, 8-4:30pm. They are looking for 2 people for this role. Some remote working is available.
