WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

We are seeking a talented individual to become an integral part of our Service Desk team and be effective in coordinating and managing Service Desk cases and ensuring operational excellence is achieved at every stage within the lifecycle process. You will be the focus and point of contact for our assigned customers, so it is important that communication is effective and SLAs and KPIs are always achieved if not exceeded. This opportunity will allow you to be part of a great team and further expand on your professional knowledge and interpersonal skills!

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE ….

  • Service Desk / SLAs / KPIs / Business Awareness / Communication
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Previous experience working within a similar environment
  • Strong teamwork skills as well as an aptitude for independent working

ITS NICE TO HAVE ….

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • The ability to confidently work from home and manage your own time
  • Able to make effective decisions and take ownership
