Your new company are a well-known, well established business in Wigston. They are now looking for a Service Desk Call Handler to join their existing team
Your new role
You will be answering calls from clients and logging call details accurately, using the scheduling system to task engineers to attend call outs, you will effectively monitor and action service desk email requests and to review outstanding call outs.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the service desk call handler you will have an excellent telephone manner, be able to build strong relationships with customers and clients, have strong administration experience as well as great attention to detail. You will need a high degree of computer literacy and numeric skills and be a competent user of all Microsoft applications. You will also be required to hold a full driving licence.
