Service Desk Assistant - London - Asset Management - £24,000
This is a rare opportunity to break into the Asset Management industry as my client are looking for a keen Service desk assistant to join their professional IT team in Westminster. My client is a world-renowned investment management company with offices across the UK and around the world. They are looking for an additional member of the support team responsible for logging and monitoring requests as well as aiding senior members of the team wherever possible.
You will be expected to liaise with 3rd party companies and therefore you must have high-level communication skills. You will also be expected to manage your time in an efficient manner to complete requests within deadlines.
- 1st line helpdesk support skills
- Active Directory management
- Responsible for logging and monitoring all service desk / helpdesk requests
