Exclusive opportunity - IT Service Desk Analyst - IT Helpdesk - 1st-2nd line support -3 month contract +

Are you an experienced IT Support Analyst with a passion to quickly resolve IT issues and excellent customer service?

I have an exclusive 3 month contract to join a busy IT Service Desk Team to join a busy Service Desk team. You will be supporting their UK and Ireland based employees providing mainly telephone and remote based technical support.

Do you have:

  • Proven background working in a 1st-2nd line Support?
  • Experience of providing telephone based support and remote support using automated call logging systems?
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills supporting large, corporate environments?
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of a range of Windows Desktop & Network technologies?
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange, TCP/IP, VPN, Remote Assistant, etc?
  • ITIL Awareness?
