Service Desk Analyst

Our client is looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst for an immediate start in Falmouth/Penryn.

This is a helpdesk role providing 1st line support to remote sites and a large number of network users.

Main Duties:

- To provide specialist software & hardware support

- To ensure all IT resources are properly supported to reduce call rates

- To induct and train users across all facilities where required

- To manage the booking and loaning of equipment and manage inventory

- To provide a remote help desk service to all users

This is a Full-Time Temporary 6-month placement looking to pay between £10 - £12 Per Hour.
