Service Desk Analyst - Salary Upto £26,000 - Permanent Role - Based in Chessingston
Your new company
You will be working for a nationally based pharmaceutical organisation who are looking to add to their Service desk team due to an internal promotion.
Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for internal users who require technical support with their laptops, computers or handheld devices on both hardware and software issues, supporting around 1000 users.
You will be responsible for receiving and logging requests, investigating problems and determining the appropriate actions to take in order to effectively deal with the issues raised.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a years experience in a similar Service desk support role, including the logging, resolution and escalation of any problems reported through the service desk.
- Active Directory
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience with call management systems
You will have excellent customer service skills, be a team player and be able to work under pressure.
