Experience required:

  • Experience in a mixed environment (Mac and Windows)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Remote and Help Desk Tools
  • Excellent communication skills


£26-30k + Excellent benefit package
