Service Desk Analyst

Job Role

Your role, supporting my clients modern systems and processes, will ensure that our business can provide high-end services to our clients locally, nationally and internationally.

  • Provide 1st and some 2nd line IT support to our 550 internal clients
  • Communicate with 3rd line support team, ensuring that clients are kept updated with any escalated calls
  • Provide desk-side support where appropriate if call is not resolved on the phone
  • Support our client services teams in their use of audio visual and video conferencing equipment
  • Maintain an accurate record of calls, details and resolutions

Skills Required

  • This role would be ideal for a 1st line support analyst with around 6-12 months previous experience
  • The role will offer training and progression in to 2nd line work
  • Experience supporting - Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 7, Office 2010 and Mobile Devices
  • Previous AV support would be desirable
