Service Desk Analyst
Location - Peterborough
Salary - £21,000
About the role
Our client is looking for candidates on a permanent basis. This role will be primarily to provide 1st line IT support to end users by responding to phone calls and emails in a very busy and fast paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous working in professional services or a large company
- Comfortable working in a high paced environment
- Some experience of using ServiceNow
- Confident with Active Directory and MS Office
The successful candidate will be able to communicate clearly and have an excellent telephone manner. They will be highly motivated and will be able to use their own initiative whilst displaying a positive attitude. Previous experience working in a large environment is essential as the service desk team is extremely busy and respond to a vast user base.
About the company
The client is a large real estate company whose headquarters is located in London but with offices all over the UK. This position will be based at offices in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
