Service Desk Analyst - Bournemouth - 28k

Granite Consulting are recruiting for an experienced 1st / 2nd line Service Desk Analyst to join an award winning organisation with offices across the UK, working from the Head Office in the heart of Bournemouth.

The successful candidate will be confident supporting a range of software packages and hardware, and quick to pick up new tools and bespoke tools. You will be comfortable dealing with a range of issues, solving tickets where possible and escalating where necessary.

Required skills / experience:

  • Experience supporting laptops, desktops and mobiles
  • 1st / 2nd line Service Desk experience
  • Windows Server
  • Exchange
  • Office365
  • Microsoft Office
