A Service Desk Analyst is required by large renowned academic facility for their IT Services Department. As a Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for:-
- Providing advice and support to customers by telephone, email and face to face
- Answering questions or undertaking research to answer more complex questions as appropriate
- Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of service desk interactions by acting respectfully, courteously and positively
- Accurately and consistently documenting all service desk interactions to ensure that relevant information is captured and understood
The ideal Service Desk Analyst will be able to demonstrate their ability to think around issues and look at the wider picture in order to provide solutions through a variety of problem solving techniques, together with experience of working effectively within a team and collaborating with others to achieve a goal.
