Service Desk Analyst

A rapidly growing tech orientated business based in Godalming is looking for a service desk analyst to join its growing business.

This is a busy and varied role, offering first line support to a range of customers mainly from the UK but sometimes from across Europe and the middle east.

Duties will include logging issues and speaking to customers, offering support and finding problems to solutions, managing customer accounts, maintaining and updating customer databases, making contractual and service amendments and providing after sales support.

The role represents an ideal opportunity to develop further IT related support experience and gain exposure to sales, account management and technology.

To apply you should be a confident and personable individual who loves to solve problems and excels at delivering exceptional customer service. You should be educated to A level standard or equivalent and have exposure of working with MS office (Excel to a good standard in particular). You should display strong communication skills, high levels of attention to detail and be highly organised, able to take ownership over tasks.
