A Service Desk Analyst that possesses ITIL Foundation v3 is required to join our client in Guildford. Along with excellent opportunities for progression, this company are offering a plethora of benefits such as 25 days holiday, pension and gym membership to name a few.
This role will consist of providing IT support via telephone, email and face to face (both hardware and software issues). The chosen individual will be required to identify issues and resolve them, escalating anything major to higher management. Part of this role will require the individual to be working independently, so excellent organisational skills are key.
We'd Like To Hear From You If:
- You have ITIL Foundation v3 (or above)
- You have GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
- You have knowledge of IT Support procedures
- You have previous experience within a similar role
- You are highly organised
- You have excellent communication skills
