A leading charity are on the lookout for a 1st Line Service desk analyst, with some experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills.

  • PCs/Windows/Microsoft
  • Helpdesk experience (answering phones/ticket logging) - Service now
  • Excellent communcation skills
  • At least 2 years commercial experience supporting large user bases
  • Experience supporting Blackberries, iPhones, iPads, Laptops, PCs and Printers
  • Active Directory
  • Corporate Messaging - Outlook/Exchange
