One of Warwickshires most interesting and fast growing businesses is looking for a Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst / PC Support Analyst to join on a short 2 month fixed term assignment, with the potential of a full time opportunity following the initial engagement.

You will be based in the office in Stratford Upon Avon (not a remote role), delivering 1st line support via their service desk and you will be picking up some specific project work.

You will be working with the operational teams to help archive some data to help with the backup process and you will be helping build new laptops as part of a Windows 7 to Windows 10 migration.

To be successful you will need a minimum of 6 months in an IT support role and you will need to demonstrate PC / lap top build skills. Most importantly you will require a positive and proactive attitude. My client works with sensitive data so you must be able to pass a DBS check. (Credit and Criminal Record check). Experience supporting Microsoft operating systems, PC and Laptop hardware, networks, printers and tablets will be useful
