Service Desk Analyst - Part Time

KNOW THE ROLE

We are currently looking to recruit a IT Service Desk Analyst (Part time) within our support team based in Leicester. This successful candidate will be committed to providing excellent support for our staff throughout Selfridges stores and back offices. The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing IT support services. You will be providing first line resolution of IT issues and queries as well as escalating problems to the relevant internal support teams and external partners. Desire to work in a fast paced environment is key.

Working 20 hours which will include working evenings and weekends. The typical working hours will be 6:00pm - 10:30pm in the evenings and weekend shifts will be every other Saturday / Sunday but likely to be all day.

KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for IT and Customer service. Experience of working on a support desk and ITIL practice is an advantage. As you will be working in a fast paced environment the ability to adapt is key.
