We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst Level 2 & 3 to respond and resolve IT and technical support issues on a day to day operational basis. You will maintain and promote the use of Knowledgebase, monitor Service Desk statistics to improve efficiency, provide cover for Level 1 & 2 Analysts, capture information when escalating to another team, implement continuous improvement and cross train knowledge back into Service Desk team

You will have strong analytical skills, be solution driven whilst being patient and understanding to customer needs. You will be able to communicate at all levels, prioritise, willing to adapt and learn with strong technical skills and knowledge. You will be knowledgeable in; Active Directory, Windows client (8.1 & 10) and Server OS, Networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, etc.), Android OS, Microsoft cloud products. You will have a minimum 2 years IT support experience and ideally have experience of; root cause analysis skills, MS Technical Certification and ITIL Knowledge.
