A Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst with some experience working in an IT service desk analyst environment is required by a leading company based in Leamington Spa. The role of the IT Support Analyst is to be responsible for providing full end user support for the organization to support the ongoing use of the IT systems. This is a great opportunity for a keen Service Desk Analyst to develop into a full system administrator in the future.

You must have excellent communication skills and have experience of working on 1st line / helpdesk support issues on a daily basis in an IT service desk analyst role. You will be providing IT helpdesk support for the firm and its users, which will include back-end servers and services, end user computer hardware, software installations, configuration and ongoing maintenance. You will be working closely with the Infrastructure + Support manager in relation to large project work, this includes implementation of new infrastructure, software releases and more..
