Join this leading, employee focussed Managed Service Provider with a diverse host of clients and you will get the opportunity to troubleshoot complex technical escalations, all the time honing your current knowledge and continuously adding to your skill set.
Whilst training will be provided, my client is looking for strong Technical Support/IT Support/Administrator applicants who will confidently hit the ground running, able to support their clients across a varied product list of server, desktop and network issues including, but not limited to, Windows Desktop & Server, Messaging (Exchange, Office 365, Lync, Skype for Business) and Telephony (Avaya,Mitel)
Being able to think of on your feet whilst offering impeccable customer service is without question. You will work to set Service Level Agreements so will only have defined time in which to troubleshoot and resolve this issues allocated to you.

Previous experience, administering, troubleshooting and supporting most, if not all, of the following technologies:
• Windows Desktop up to Version 10
• Windows Server up to 2012R2
• Messaging (Exchange, Office 365, Lync, Sykpe for Business)
• Routers, Switches & Firewalls (Cisco, Nexus, HP, Dell, Fortinet),
Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider or an end client with a large user base
Excellent customer service skills with a calm and approachable telephone manner
Can do attitude and aptitude to pick new skills up quickly.
