Service Desk Analyst - 6 Months (Fixed Term) - up to £20,300pa - Scottish Borders
Your new company and role
A large organisation in the Scottish Borders require a Service Desk/Helpdesk Analyst for a 6 month fixed term contract, however there is a high likelihood of this extending further. This is a busy service desk, however technical training will be provided to the right candidate.
Dealing with customer issues over the phone or from the Self-Service Portal
Diagnosing problems and providing quick fixes where possible
Escalating complex problems to the correct teams
Active Directory administration
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent customer service/customer facing skills are essential for this role . You must have good communication skills and be confident dealing with a range of users. Any previous experience on a Service Desk would be advantageous, however technical training would be provided to someone who had the willingness to learn.
