Service Desk Analyst - Dutch Speaking

Advancing People Multilingual Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Dutch speaking Service Desk Agent for their client based in Fulbourn, Cambridgeshire.

As a Dutch speaking Service Desk Agent it will be your responsibility to provide technical support via the telephone and email to the Dutch speaking region.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of requests following them to resolution
  • Proactive when dealing with customer issues
  • Work with colleagues to ensure excellent customer experience, peer reviews
  • Help maintain knowledge articles and other internal documentation
  • Meet SLA's
  • Attend customer meetings

Person Specification

  • Fluent in Dutch
  • Technically minded and customer focused
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
  • Maintain a calm, analytical disposition
  • Have practical experience in a support environment

This is a full time permanent position offering an annual salary of up to £27,000 + attractive company benefits!
