Job Title: Service Desk analyst / Desk Side Support
Our client is a leading manage service provider, who is well known for their use of cutting edge infrastructure technologies and partnerships with industry leaders such as Dell and Microsoft. Whilst you will be working with an MSP, you will be working on site building relationships and providing technical support for a leading educational establishment.
They are looking for a passionate IT support engineer / Service desk analyst, who is enthusiastic about technology and keeps up to date with the latest tech trends. You will have the opportunity to enhance your technical abilities, whilst also having the chance to work in a vibrant and strong team environment.
* Supporting customer needs
* Daily management of proactive and reactive monitoring software
* Call logging
* Working with server issues
* Troubleshooting issues
Essential Experience Required:
* Windows operating systems (7-10)
* Office 365
* Anti-Virus products
* Active directory and exchange
* Basic networking - ADSL & LAN
* Full UK Driving license
* Basic understanding of Apple
* First aid qualification
* Technical qualification
