Service Desk Analyst - Dartford - £24,000 - £28,000
A client of mine are looking to hire a Service Desk Analyst to join their IT team. The Service Desk Analyst will be joining a busy team and will be responsible for providing support to users over the phone, via remote support, face to face and via email.
As a Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for providing a high level of support to users across the business. The Service Desk Analyst will be leasing with other departments across IT on a regular basis to ensure that the best service possible is delivered at all times.
You must have experience of having providing support to users on a Service Desk with Windows 10, Office 365 and Active Directory.
Essential skills of a Service Desk Analyst:
Previous experience working on a Service Desk
- Windows 10
- Office 365 administration - mailbox creation, distribution lists
- Active Directory - create users, passwords resets
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
