An opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst to join Brammer UK in our Manchester office. Providing support to Brammer UK and Buck & Hickman sites, as a Service Desk Analyst you will provide expertise in order to assist with hardware and software issues both over the phone and via email.
An experienced Service Desk Analyst, you will be someone who has a passion for delivering excellent Customer Service and have demonstrable experience of providing solutions on both Hardware and Software issues. We require AD, Citrix or Exchange experience.
You’ll be joining a well-established, experienced team and will have a large array of Software and Hardware which you will be supporting. Ideally, you will have ITIL Foundation certificate as well as a relevant course/qualification in either Hardware or Software support, with Comptia A+ certification providing an advantage. Full training will be provided for bespoke software support as well as support given for you to further your career here at Brammer.
