Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support

We require a service desk analyst for a leading organisation based in Leeds.

Contract Duration: 2 months initially

Hourly Rate: £10 - £13

We require a service desk analyst (1st line support engineer) to join an established company and team delivering high quality customer service, PC, laptop build and repair, general troubleshooting and application support in a windows environment.

You will also be involved in project work translating imaging onto laptops and training users

You will have an extensive background in 1st line support or service desk with a strong emphasis on customer service.

The environment is Microsoft therefore an understanding of exchange, active directory and Microsoft products is an advantage.

You will be responsible for providing first time fixes, re-setting passwords, troubleshooting etc.

You will be the sole support for an office therefore honesty, hard work and integrity is required. PC / Laptop repairs, physical printer installations and various other hardware fixes will be required.
