Service Desk Analyst, 1st Line Support Analyst

6 Month contract

£100 - £120 per day

Brighton, East Sussex

Service Desk Analyst, Helpdesk Analyst or 1st Line Support Analyst required for a leading business based in central Brighton.

This role will start in January and will be assisting the existing team, supporting in-house users with a major domain migration piece.

Key duties in this role will include:

  • Domain Migration, floor walking and remote support to assist users during the transition, assisting with Outlook issues, general computer login issues etc.
  • Contact staff to either locally or remotely install the application, provide basic support and usage overview
  • Mobile phone deployment, we require the you to assist with the transition for about 30 users between suppliers.

This is a Windows environment so you will need to have solid Microsoft experience and ideally have worked to ITIL standards, with foundation accreditation being a great added bonus.

This 1st Line Support Analyst, Helpdesk Support Analyst contract will run for a minimum of 6 months, so this is the perfect opportunity to secure a great position for the first half of 2018!
