We are looking for a Customer Service agent to work for an International Company based at NG2 Business Park.
This position is working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with opportunities to work 8am -4pm.

The main responsibilities of the role would be logging customer queries & helping clients migrate onto a brand new system.

Duties Include;
* Logging a case/ticket
* Validating Client Details
* Password Resets
* Issuing Certificates
* Updating Documentation.

This position is until the and of July 2018 with other opportunities available with this company. The company offers onsite canteen and 33 days annual leave per annum (after 12 qualifying weeks)
