Salary: £19,000 plus £3,200 OTE bonus
Shift Pattern: 5 days from 7, between 07:00 and 19:00

About the role
Service Desk Advisor’s quickly and calmly identify the our customers' needs, and respond appropriately to the severity of the incident. They use their refined communication and interpersonal skills to ‘log and triage’ a range of incidents whilst managing customers’ expectations around resolution times.
