HOURS: 10am - 6pm

The Role

We are looking for a bright and articulate Customer Services / Administrator to join a busy IT Team in the Bromley area who has a keen interest in IT, software and hardware.

  • Answering incoming calls efficiently, providing technical assistance if possible
  • Logging calls and allocating to the IT Support Technicians in the team
  • General office administration
  • Assisting with basic IT Related queries from clients
  • Taking and passing on messages
  • Some diary management
  • Providing quotes to new and existing clients


  • Bright with a keen interest in IT
  • Preferably degree educated or equivalent
  • Proactive and able to prioritise workload
  • Organised when dealing with administration
  • Keen to learn and increase technical knowledge and skillset
