Are you a Service Desk Administrator with Call Logging experience based around Newbury?

In this varied role, you’ll be responsible for obtaining additional information from customer calls ensuring that there is enough information for their enquiry to be processed.

Knowledge and Experience
- Experience as a Service Desk Administrator / 1st Line Support
- Excellent experience with Call logging systems or similar.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal Departments and External customers.
Experience with Microsoft including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
