An exciting opportunity has become available for an Service Department Administrator to work for our well-established client based in Ringwood, Hampshire!

Location: Ringwood, Hampshire!

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

Salary: £18,000 per annum

Job responsibilities:

  • Preparation/Submission of Customer Quotations in line with contractual requirements
  • Preparation of maintenance visit schedules, updating customer with visit dates additional works and updating asset registers on Call Management System
  • Preparation of maintenance paperwork for submission to engineers
  • Updating of Customer Websites in line with contractual requirements
  • Assisting with answering incoming calls to the service desk
  • Monitoring engineers' paperwork to ensure FGas recorded accurately on SAP and where necessary customer websites
  • Assisting with service invoicing / back costing as required
