Service Delivery Manager – Work from Home

£25k + 24 days holiday plus bank holidays

Fantastic opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to join ever expanding IT solutions company.

The purpose of this role is to ensure service tickets are dealt with in the most efficient way possible, with the view to exceeding customers’ expectations and experience.

This is a new and exciting position, ideal for an innovative and driven individual to have input and make the role their own.

Service Delivery Manager Job Description

The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for tickets, escalating when required, keeping clients up to date and ensuring all departments are delivering to a high standard.

You will be advising on recurring tickets, identifying when more sustainable solutions are needed to stop recurring issues. You will also proactively look over client PC, Laptops and Servers advising where Hardware and Software upgrades are needed.

Other duties will involve helping improve service delivery and implementing processes, onboarding new clients and liaising on projects. Ensuring backup checks are completed, reviewing and closing of support tickets and monitoring of remote management tools are also key aspects to the role.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.45 to 5.30pm -  1st Wednesday of the month will be office based (Nr Blandford)

The Service Delivery Manager will be a natural problem solver with high attention to detail and great customer service skills. You will be assertive and commercially astute to identify when issues need to be escalated.

You will have strong communication skills and an ability to carry out tasks efficiently whilst building good relationships with colleagues and clients. You will also possess analytical skills and be able to spot problems before they arise.
