A role has emerged for a Service Delivery Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Technical Director, the Service Delivery Manager is primarily in-place to be a conduit between the Sales & Technical teams.
The Service Deliver Manager is responsible for managing all Professional Service related communication and workflow as well as the individual workloads for the respective Technical team members.
As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Ticket management for Professional Services work and relevant pre-sales requests
Diary management & resource booking
Tracking of resource usage
Client Service Reviews
Regular upkeep of documentation
High level project planning & management for small-medium sized jobs
Non-Technical Line management for Tier 1, Tier 2 & Engineering Teams
At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
An interest and basic understanding of technology is preferable
High organizational skills
Great attention to detail
The ability to work well under pressure
The ability to communicate and build a rapport with internal and external colleagues, clients and stakeholders at all levels
This is a Monday to Friday role (9am - 6pm) based in Addlestone.
