Service Delivery Manager

Our prestigious client works in the printing industry and expands its existing operation in Budapest. Within the EMEA Services Operations and Service Delivery organization, the FSE Control Tower Coordinator is responsible of the back office management of the on-site service interventions performed by the Field Service Engineers (FSE) located within European countries.

• Maintain the daily schedules and dispatch of the on-site service interventions to the Field Service Engineers
• Ensure that the interventions will be completed according to the SLA contractually agreed with the end customers and the company’s strategy
• Ensure that the recommended parts will be available for the FSE’s to perform the intervention
• Responsible of the end-to-end process within the supported country
• Coordinate actions between Country FSE, Logistics, Country Service Delivery Manager or equivalent to ensure that Service is delivered within the managed territory according to the right asset entitlement
• Monitoring the activity of the FSE (KPIs)
• Collecting data from the local FSE Managers
• Active collaboration in the processes improvement


• tFluency in English is a must (additional language being a plus: German, Dutch, French, Portuguese)
• A minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience
• Experience in Service companies and/or Service Delivery organization
• Experience on similar products
• Fluent in Excel analysis
• Excellent team player
• Willingness to take ownership of situations
• Ability to prioritize, make decision and being accountable
• Comfortable working in a matrix organization
• Coordination skills
• Well-developed inter-personal skills : ability to get along well with diverse personalities, mature, flexible, good communication
• Ability to establish credibility and be decisive
• Participative management style: drives team involvement within division and functional support organizations
• Strong ability to problem-resolve and resolve conflict situations independently
