Two businesses have come together to form a new company. Looking after the water, waste water, gas and electricity needs of over 300,000 businesses across Scotland, England and Wales, our client is an exciting new venture and is poised to become a major new force in the B2B utilities market.

They are looking for an exceptional Service Delivery Manager to lead the effective delivery of a portfolio of their most strategically important value added services to end customers, with a delivery scope ranging from quote right through to delivery of service and invoicing.

As Service Delivery Manager you will report directly to the Head of Operations and be a highly visible and key member of the Value Added Services management team with a portfolio of services that will include AMR and smart meter provision, Leakage Find and Fix and their flagship Active Water Management® services.

You will be able to effectively and efficiently line manage a busy and dynamic service delivery team and a framework of national delivery contractors to deliver top class service to a demanding customer base.

Our client is fully committed to the highest standards of Health and Safety management so you’ll need to take an active and visible role in ensuring their people and on-site contractors are kept safe and well and in line with their vision- this will include onsite health and safety audits.

You will be enthusiastic and naturally organised to be able to keep up with a fast paced and multi-faceted role that is ultimately very rewarding. They have ambitious growth targets for the year so you’ll need to be highly energetic to drive for the achievement of these but for the right candidate there is potential to further develop your career.
