Location: Home-based - The role covers a large geographical area and will require travel. Ideally you will live in the region of Birmingham.

We are seeking to appoint a Service Delivery Lead / Specialist Nurse in the Midlands who will have specific responsibility for supporting the implementation and development of Fracture Liaison Services (FLS).
You will have at least 5 years’ clinical or managerial experience within an NHS setting, and ideally have been involved in delivering healthcare improvement initiatives. You will also have worked effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, ranging from clinicians, commissioners, patients, carers and the public, as well as clinical experts. It is important that you have project management experience: planning, delivering and evaluating your work to demonstrate a positive impact and outcomes that significantly benefit patients’ lives.
This role requires a DBS Disclosure and up to date NMC Registration.
