SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Permanent, Full-Time Service Coordinator to be based on the outskirts of Newark.
The Administrator will be joining a family run business with a friendly team of 2 other office support staff and will be responsible for providing general administrative support to two engineers.
This role is a stand alone role and you will need to be proactive and be able to make the office manager decisions. You will need to be comfortable with working on your own in the office at times.
This is a very varied exciting role for the right individual.
Typical responsibilities will include:
Assist with updating the estimating system including amending the database with new customer data, revised supplier prices and or discount structures change
Answering any incoming calls to the office
Organising and scheduling appointments
Collating and distributing any business correspondence i.e, letters, emails etc
Supporting in the preparation of reports
Maintaining a filing system
Ensuring to keep on top of office supplies and ordering new supplies when necessary
Arranging travel, accommodation, meetings etc
Preparing and distributing post
Supporting management with any ad-hoc requests
The successful candidate for this role will have previous experience supporting engineers , a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes including Word, Excel and Outlook, excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and organise their own workload.
Salary: £20,000 - £22,000
