Our client based in West London is a leading specialist within the lighting industry. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced coordinator to join their busy but friendly team.

Deal effectively with phone calls, email and direct contact. Reporting maintenance/repair issues. Coordinate the administration of call outs, maintenance and repairs in an appropriate time frame. To ensure all site maintenance is up to date and carried out, keep maintenance records in order and current. Coordinate and maintain a list of emergency call outs

Duties includes:

    • Manage maintenance contract requests (via email/calls)
    • Arrange Warranty visits after a project reaches practical completion
    • Point of contact for reactive call outs
    • Updating/managing the engineer schedule with relevant information
    • Organise and liaise with clients about their maintenance contract and/or call out
    • Create maintenance quotes based on equipment installed on site
    • Document controller (RAMS, description of operations, witnessing test sheets, issue completion certificates, reports and vetting reports)
    • Coordinate with the project coordinator regarding engineer project sharing
    • Updating the Engineer server with report calls
    • Sending reports to client
    • Working with Navision and Capture IT
    • Monitor engineers on Capture IT
    • Manage and liaise with the Engineer on each maintenance/call out
    • Manage repairs on modules
    • Monitor and ensure equipment is sent to site
    • Chase weekly invoices
    • Maintenance renewals/chase existing and past clients
    • Look for new maintenance leads from new projects
