Service Controller

Our Client is looking for a Service Controller who is able to offer effective customer service with clear communication to the Field Service Engineers, ensuring that parts and services are provided in a timely manner whilst ensuring outstanding Customer Service at all times
You will be using an in house system to determine tooling and spare parts requirements to the field service engineers
Raise sales orders, warranty orders and purchase requests
Ensure warranty/exchange and new parts are returned within a set time frame after logging and storing them
Maintain good relationships between yourself, customers, suppliers and internal departments
Maintain close communications with engineers, department, suppliers and customers to keep them advised of the progress of jobs and outstanding work
Effectively maintain clear communications via telephone, email and fax
Communicate with engineers to compile and prepare estimate for secondary work
You will be required to work 45 hours per week
