My client are excitingly looking for a Service Controller to support the service and hire department during 12 hour night shifts to ensure customer / client attendance 24/7. You will be responsible for responding to emergency hire, fuelling and alarm requests whilst ensuring smooth running of the departments out of hours.
Hours of work are 12 hours shifts with 4 nights on and 4 nights off which will include weekend shifts, parking is available on site with secure office environments.
Monitoring telemetry alarms and responding to individual customer requirements in relation to hire and services
Manage all emergency hire requests and arranging delivery whilst keeping the customer up to date at all times
Arranging refuelling of the machinery on site where required
Reconcile breakdown sheets and other paperwork
Overseeing both the service and hire department working closely with the hire duty manage to ensure all evening requests are dealt with in line with SLAs and contractual arrangements
Skills & Experience Required
To be considered for this role you must have worked in a similar role managing emergency response requests ideally within the hire industry however other supplier / industries will be considered. This is a night duty position, therefore you must be able to commute to and from site using your own method of transport and be able to work shift patterns which will include weekend work.
Service delivery experience is essential as is the ability to work under pressure and in fast paced environments
