One of our major clients, who are part of a well respected and leading dealer group are looking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and welcoming Service Contact Advisor at their volume brand dealership in the DL postcode area of Durham. This position will be working 30 hours per week and can be spread over 5 or 4 days.
* Are you an experienced main dealer Booking Clerk looking for a fresh challenge?

Working as a Service Contact Advisor within this dealership team, you will provide a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all job functions and tasks are delivered in an accurate and timely manner. Y ou will be responsible for answering incoming enquiries into the Aftersales Department, qualifying the customers' needs and requirements, and securing accurate vehicle bookings. You will also be required to make outbound servicing and maintenance calls, and assist with answering the generic telephone calls that will be received by the business.
As this is a target-driven environment, a passion for maintaining high standards is required. You will need to be a confident communicator; able to thrive upon your own initiative with the ability to meet deadlines.
